I did make a formal complaint to asx re Burnakura and the asx stated they had no case to answer for various reasons. I didn't entirely agree but it is not for me to decide.
ASX came back to me very quickly and the ann from ext was released the next Mon morning if I recall correctly.
The other was answered via the standard blurb that all companies come out with. If there was a huge spike in the ext price they would be queried again and if they are sitting on results they would be in strife.
