What I mean is that CTO need to inform all shareholder the actual situation in the company.

If they are operating a commercialy not viable mine due to wrong method, wrong mine design, leak of calibre production team......; a lots of capital raised from shareholders are wasted. I am happy for them not wasting futher resources in mining that does not enhance shareholder value. As an exploration company they do not waste resources in production cost, additional manpower cost, maintenance of refinery plants.....

I have been disappoited with every Qtr report since 2007 because of high expectation that CTO will turn around as promised. If they are explorer, the production quantity every Qtr is not of shareholder concern provided it is cash flow positive in production activities.

As an explorer, the company need to behave as an explorer to explore mining areas and update shareholders of its resources & reserve and explorarion activities. Failing which the board is not doing their duties and shareholder should vote them out.

IMO shareholder should exercise their right in future AGM/EGM. Looking at last AGM votes count... It clearly shows that the majority shareholder control only about 20%... We monority shareholder have 80% voting right. We can decide the future of the company if we choose to. I hope all monority value our voting right.

Seeing value of our holding in CTO depreciate and not taking action show no justice to myself. I hope others feel the same. I know many have jump boat but selling down will make the share price going down futher....
