Just as I said before THX owns 20,400,000 ( 19.5 %) ordinary shares and 12,116,667 (28.4%) options that expire on July 31st 2008 in UMC.

At $1.52 (price before placed in trading halt) THX had $46.75 million dollars in that investment.

At current price of .53c THX is valued at $57,261,200-(108.04 million shares at current share price)

So you telling me a explorer that will go into production mid 2008 is valued at $11 million.????

Okay UMC falls 20% that still gives THX $37 million.

So an explorer soon to be producer has a market cap of $20 mill. DOH?

Let alone UMC had a great announcement so the share price will definately go towards $1.60 by the end of this month. Also many more good stories coming oput of UMC-so might go a touch higher.

Now having said all that-BASED ON FACTS- is THX a good buy?
