I asked asx numerous times to investigate cvi placements when there were no details to whom it went to and that large volumes followed. I never got anything back but
"Thank you for your email.
We note there are placments being made.
Could you please confirm what aspects of the placement is of concern?
If you are observing something that seems illegal then could you please
clarify.
If there are indications of breaches of ASX Market rules or the Corps
Act then we will check it.
Regards"
I've followed up with ideas of what how it might be dodgy and why I was concerned but they've not ever responded except to say nothing looks amiss...I don't think they'll be doing much here.
I held 1.7 mill shares at the time of asking and was not wanting anything but clarification of which MS couldn't deliver. Such as who is getting the shares and are they immediately dumping?
If i were wanting to pursue this I think ASIC the way to go. But I have dealt with them in the past and they need numerous complaints to really take action. One person alone can't easily raise their eyebrows. With emails, announcements and someone who is extremely organised there might be a case for deceptive practices. Maybe nothing, maybe something more involved > ?
Also how many days are they given to report issues such as Pensador funding falling through...? It seems like MS knew this for while.
