    re: vcr release. I think that if VCR were a bit smarter it would resolve this litigation problem. Instos don't like to touch stock when a patent shadow hangs over it.

    Read the pleadings at htw at asx.com.au and you will see what HTW claims.

    VCR certainly didn't discover the propulsion method.
