this was the guy in charge and ultimately responsible for their actions, so, perhaps mtn should counter-sue this guy for breach of duty of care, and negligence.
Isn't it obvious with all the headlines lately, that MTN would have had just cause for his dismisal?
His suing is like MTN, is like the captain of the titanic sueing the company for his dry cleaning after running the ship at full steam ahead!!
