I'm sure the practice has been going on for some time.
And a good point.
I dont know why they terminated him to be honest.
But certainly, if he was aware of poor practice, and didn't do something, it's not good.
My point is only that if he was aware the company had dirty hands so to speak, he has then too, and he has no right to cry foul and sue them.
It's like getting kicked out of a bank heist and suing them for not letting him stay in.
