If a stock is going to fall, sell now and buy back in at the bottom ie sell high - buy low.
The graph is definitely pointing down, but all the data and announcements point up. The sector is rising I think. Certainly BCC has been rising recently.
Looking at EXR one would say that it is certain to rise, but looking at the recent SP performance and the depth it appears set to fall some more first.
