Damman , I have read posts here that look far more knowledgable than myself on financing these property co's & trusts .But I would have thought the trusts were in a stand alone sitution & wouldn't be dependant on the holding company & therefore it would be easier to arrange finance for them & therefore they would be less risky .I thought this might be the reason for a 30 per cent appreciation last week of CER .Anyone else care to comment?
