IMHO, it is not the trading rules that need to be changed, but it is the ASIC that needs to be changed and restructured. Accountability must be clearly defined and assigned so that the organization can effectively operate for its intened purposes.

We need to know where are those who are currently working in the ASIC from.


By the way, a few days ago, I saw a buy order for CBA at price of 50000cents was displayed in the queue during the closing auction. It is clear that the control for those "big players" is very loose from ASX.
