Thats a nice letter ! It shows the ASX is running a two tier trading system - one for the direct market participants and another with totally different rules for retail investors.Recently I wrote regarding a share dropping 4.7% on a one share trade - you know the answer - very acceptable.The ASX is not inerested in a level playing field.
