There is no two ways about it, that it is a case of conflict of interests. It is my opinion that the ASX should not be allowed to wear two hats, but unfortunaley neither the Legislators, nor ASIC seem to believe that.

The only chance we had, IMHO, was when someone else was going to start up against them (ASX) thus giving us a choice plus competition, but it apperas that instead of competing with one another, they decided to join forces instead. Big deal...

I wonder where the ACCC was when that has been decided, knowing full well that it created a Monopoly and not competition.
