This information is in direct conflict with the commentary provided to me from Emerald Partners. I must admit that I found it odd that they told me TLW could buy on market at a pricein excess of the SOA price if they liked. Makes me doubt the other comments now.
It's not like I misquoted them, because I even got a call from them about my postings to clear up a minor point...which was that they wanted it clear that for TLW to buy on market it would probably be against their interests in getting the vote through because they would not be allowed to vote those shares they hold.
