Speaking from experience before proceeding to a class action, I and three others engaged a specialist in the field of law we were pursuing. The specialist would look over the case and advise us if we had good grounds to proceed to a class action. After paying a 20K fee for advice we proceeded with 12 people in the class action. We all gave statements and had gone for a meeting with the firm that had represented us and our first bill came to 320K let alone if we lose the case we would have to pay the other parties costs as well.

As for skin in the game, WP has been privy to information with the vaccines and now the restructure and would not have been allowed to put serious skin in the game.

As for dismissing the board, obviously, you have no understanding of the business or what the achievements have been of management.

PS: Please try researching a little bit before throwing silly accusations and not facts. As for the poster who said he will go it alone (class action) besides having no grounds, he must be a very big SH. Lol.
