ASIC response has been no different from ASX with their advise to take it up direct with LKO, raise an IDR , an EDR if required, outcome of which they only can oversee. September is surely the last month of suspension before being delisted unless ofcourse if LKO does something. NM is desperate to make his NPM CR successful failing which itis sure to follow the LKO route.
On the Nangwarry front, hope VEN who has been appointed by the Joint Venture as marketing agent to commercialise the Nangwarry Field is doing something.
Looking forward to announcement from the recently appointed Commercial Manager and corporate advisor Burnvoir Corporate Finance Ltd to provide the appropriate resourcing to investigate and negotiate a beneficial outcome on behalf of the Joint Venture for commercialisation of the Nangwarry Field.
