there is no publicly stated formula for when you do / don't get speeding ticket.
However, if a company falls on a day when many of its peer group are falling by similar amounts. . . then generally no ticket. It is the macro move that explains the stock-specific fall.
Also - not sure that they tend to issue tickets in very close succession. We got one last week. . . . and the down-trend has continued.
