Rowe asked questions re price for proxies i would suggest he is in trouble but MQG just questioned re proxies (if indeed control is all that is needed) then MQG will not be in the firing line, as they will simply say sorry ASIC we were looking at doing a t/o but bolton wanted too much hence we didnt buy.
