I think they will be taken over by either LSE or NYX within the next twelve months. The downward pressure whilst peers are rising is very similar to St George story. Hedge funds acting on behalf of bidders keep price down for accumulation and then the bid appears "generous".
The good news is the funds keeping the downward pressure on the price will ensure it doesn't get below the recent lows.
