i am not trying to 'have a view'..or argue. if u really are from sydney and work in the city..i happy have a coffee and explain what i mean. i am not being arrogant..but i pretty sure i know more about the 'short sales' 'data'..than you..and it's relavence.
As for..it has been succesful..excellent..but just wanted to make sure u know the shortcomings of such a theory.
