Hi again Radgegade, I have just read the supervision rules and understand them as far as it goes. However there is no mention of or explanation of "non approved" lists or the effects this has on a stock. I am assuming from the stocks that I know of that were transferred to it recently (AGS and BKY) that stocks are removed because they don't have the liquidity or market cap etc. This then leads to my conclusion that they can't be added to in shorts positions but the existing shorts can be closed out. Am I far off the mark?
