I refer to your email below.
ASX responded to your initial complaint on 5 February 2021. Your subsequent emails do not appear to raise any new matters that were not already dealt with in that response.
While we regret the inconvenience caused, ASX's legal and regulatory responsibilities as a licensed market operator are such that it is not able to reinstate CLE's securities to official quotation until it is capable of complying with its listing rule obligations.
