Shareholders have not YET done well at all.
We paid at the bottom end of the __fair value__ range with 50c shares that were worth a dollar.
Maybe we will do well, TS certainly has a lot of skin in the game, but Timis has already done very well out of the deal, we're yet to see 1c.
