    Surely you don't believe that a company can or should be suspended on mere suspicion?
    That would be like putting someone in jail before being charged, while the police searched for evidence, and many other similarly illegal parallels.
    Investigated and interviewed to get the suspect's explanations etc, yes. But not suspended until evidence has been proven or put before a judge/jury. Get a grip. Or do ASX have extraordinary powers outside of normal Australian due process and justice to do what they just feel like doing?

    I agree with @ben79, that there's a tacit admission there for all to see.
