So they suspected issues, suspended ISX and during the investigation found evidence that confirmed, in there view, the reason for suspending in the first place.
Not saying any of the reasons were valid etc but there is legitimately no other way of interpreting that quote. I’m fact it’s it’s so clear trying to read between the lines and think otherwise would give you a headache.
