On the contrary, for us legal folk the SOC was exactly what we wanted to see.
It is worded well and homes in on exactly the issues that are pertinent. And quite rightly, it seeks damages for a suspension the Regulators themselves considered had no real basis (smoking gun). It has been a vindictive pursuit by the Regulator against JK with what appears to be personal animus. I would like to see the persons involved made personally liable instead of being bailed out by deep pockets paid for ultimately by us.
The SOC is spot-on in the claim that this has been a financial hit to many share-holders. I would like to see a class action by the share-holders after JK wins this claim, as he should.
