yes, we await the Court's response. However, this SOC is very reassuring as it homes in nicely on all the issues that till now we were guessing it was going to raise. It not only raises the issue of ASX acting with no basis even acknowledged by the Regulator but gives examples of other much bigger companies that have got away with far bigger questionable dealings (Crown, NAB).
I like the look of how the case is approached and wait with baited breath to hear the Regulator's defense.
Not only is JK correct in suing the Regulator but also the AFR for taking as given the allegations.
