Don't get too carried away fellow SH`s , just remember this is a SOC , the word claim being important in all that. It is a compilation of facts from discovery and what the ISX legal team is asserting those facts to mean & what they believe the legal ramifications of those assertions to be.
This still requires a response from the ASX & eventually , assuming no agreement is reached in the interim, a decision from a court as to whether the law agrees with ISXs assertions.
Don't get me wrong, on the surface it does not look pretty for the ASX & I definitely hope this is the beginning of the end of this saga, but history has shown me not to get too excited with this sh$tstorm
