subprime has a few years to go, 4 year honey moon period with them, we seen results of first 6 months.. that leaves 3.5 years more of this to come

should get interesting.

i am staying away from stocks with debts, and sticking more to energy now.. also stay away from property, its always worse hit when interest rates climb..

3.5 years of interest rate climbs to come, wonder where the interest rate will get up to? 11% / 15% / or 19.5% again! since we are worse of now than last time i think a lot of people are in for a ugly few years to come
