asx suspension

an enquiry for the asx but will not be holding my breath till response.

Given that there is precedence of details of company transactions being kept confidential for commercial reasons, are you able to clarify why exactly the ASX is enforcing this suspension in this case?
I as a fair-minded person cannot understand, unless the ASX has particular reason for this enforcement, do not believe the disclosure of the purchaser is of any relevance to the outcome of this transaction.
