Yes ,full take over for sure, . I think Rio is waiting for best timing.
1) higher RIO share price.
2) lower uranium price.
3) Most likely third part is Chinese, but RIO now is in bad relationship with Chinese, may need more time to sort out, and this cooperation may be an opportunity to change their relationship
We have the best uranium asset in the world, and is going to be better and better, there is nothing to worry me, and I will hold my share to the end.
