Nope - they simply have an offtake agreement (ie: agree to pay) if they actually get the lithium but at least they got some prepayments to get started and most likely CR will happen. But anyways, this can be discussed at TAW thread.. not here.

As expected, another mine coming up...... still believe pricing will drop off 2019.. (though most brokers predict its 2018).

Believe the $1000/T is @ 6.7% concentrate, which is higher than GXY's max concerntration @ $905/t for 6%
