PPT may work short term but if the market participants are pessimistic in a longer term way then the dam wall will eventually bust and negative sentiment will prevail.
Who knows what happens behind the scenes but usually when it is a choice between conspiracy and coincidence the coincidence wins out. The old 'who shot JFK'scenario.
I changed my super fund from shares etc to Cash end nov'07. Personal holdings i have held on to as they are longer term investments and i want to avoid CGT at the moment.
