A challenge to guru status...(rolol I have no hope :)
Support will be broken at 12800 and I place my staement on the complete failure of the DJIA of retaining the new high (based on PPT support only) and the strength of the downtrend. Quite simply I believ technically primary support has been smashed and fundamenatlly the shite is truly about to hit the fan.
US$70b of subprime has been found...the financial industry believes exposure is over US$600-700b..........collapse is about to occur IMO. Also Hedgies super comment holds a great deal of relevance....ability to change super to fixed interest is all too easy...I believe this will occur en mass with those with large super holdings, in fact I believe has already commenced.
DJIA to under 1200 in 08....
