From DRX’s reply to the ASX 'speeding' ticket:
“The Company is concerned about the rapid change in price of its shares and will be attempting to monitor the movements in shares.”
DRX make it sounds like they are worried about some takeover activity.
‘Attempting to monitor’ – that is not bloody hard.
Just check the shareregister, brokers acting etc.
But what can they do about it??
Some big fat orders sitting on the buy side.
Stock price up >50% on good volume since late last week.
Something cooking??
