As shorting, HFT etc are all legal it's very difficult to prove manipulation and a complete waste of time trying IMO, everyone who buys a stock has an agenda...some of the worst attemped manipulation is with peoples minds through HC ,which is largely a traders forum anyway so one would expect that..

I'm not a trader, so in that respect any shenanigans in the Market on a day to day basis have little relevance, finding oil does..

I wish you well in a crusade against manipulation, I prefer to let dogs eat dogs and hope like he'll that the Company finds commercial oil instead, were all stuffed if they don't ...
