Exactly, I am not seeing the benefits of ASX close auction. This kind of close auction brings down a weak stock a tick at a time, the difference of each steps of 88e is a few %, a few days ago it traded most of the time during the day at 26 but the auction made it 25, yesterday it traded most of the time at 25, but the auction made it 23, in this way, 88e has lost > 5% due to the manipulation of the high speed automated trading auction program in two days. the worst thing is London may follow our closing price to start trading at a lower price too... this brings disadvantages to small investors.
