Reality of life

If you're an investor in oilies they're a series of boxes that one would ideally like to be ticked for the 'ideal' and safest investment, my thoughts for the safest and most significant success are as follows:

1. To discover oil (essential)
2. For an oil discovery to likely yield billions of barrels of recoverable oil
3. For the oil to be in a geo politically safe location and get paid for the oil produced
4. For the oil to be in an area requiring very little capex (ie on top of the oil pipeline as opposed to expensive offshore)
5. For the location to have excellent tax incentives
6. For the oil to have a high api which significantly increases likelyhood of impressive flow (IW1)
7. To be located in an area where significant delays are unlikely to delay any progress due to red tape (like the UK)
8. For the bod to have a significant personal holding
9. For the company to be cash rich
10. To be a likely contender for a Nasdaq listing and subsequent fair mcap established

As far as I'm aware only 88e ticks all these boxes....
