Conventional flow rates cover such extremes that it is not so productive to compare. What is probably more informative is to compare unconventional flow rates based on their first 30 days average production (IP30) See recent data below.
88e are targeting 2000 to 2500 as a good result with a multi stage fracture, hence the 100 to 150 for a single stage fracture. That would place them as top performer which compensates for the higher costs associated with the north slope.

What you may be asking is what can the very best be. For this refer to (Bottom picture) 88es internal modelling of the P10 case at 4097 bopd IP30 with a 10000ft horizontal and 30 stage fracture (10% probability of success). I believe this is the well P Basinski is "really thinking of" and is now more likely with the higher pore pressure reported in the last release.
PBs ability to find volatile oil is the money maker here, its pretty special. All the hydrocarbons in the reservoir are in a gas state, there is no liquid oil down there. It all exists in a super critical state, which means it is not a gas and not a liquid, but some thing in between, that can flow like a gas through the rock and dissolve all the heavy oils and carry them as gas due to the unique solvent properties of super critical fluids. Note fluid does not mean liquid, weird eh
