Speculation of positive announcement was always there. It was the oil price that was dragging it down. No fundamental and no speculation has been changed since last week it was POO which moved up.
If you buy commodity stock and reject the relevance of the commodity price (and future sentiment) it produce than I am not in agreement with your investing strategy.
