Why is it a ''bad spot''
Pretty prospective for a one of a kind never been experienced before hybrid with 'unique' attributes that may or may not be good. A stated 50% COS.
The time the engineering is completed the 50% COS may have proven up the best spot available. Tell you in about 4 weeks time or, maybe sooner or later!!
