Looks to me like nothing more than a bit of retail churn during the period of the data. -ve 10mil from Pato's but that is nothing in the scheme of things.
Sort of confirms the price action is based on actions of retail investors who most likely don't have the level of understanding of shale oil exploration needed to make informed and researched judgements and are just following the masses, as does Jim and a few others.
