a 2.7c low last Thursday with no expected news for a few weeks and a rise up to 3.1c makes me think bottom has bottomed and now is a good time to buy. The shut down was a good move to solve a few hiccups in the grand scheme of things (GST) imo
But dont waste your tax refund on 88E like me if you don't research good management teams or oily locations for yourself
