It was always going to b a traders play thing when the 1c placements happened but it's biggest asset are its assets and that almost unavoidable risk/reward.
DW knew this was going to play out this way and He in fact nominated it a little while ago, clearly as a warning to the dedicated that have made the effort to understand all aspects of this investent.
The funny thing is tho it has suddenly made me realise that we have a hell of a lot of acreage, and surely somewhere out there there is some acreage that's highly prospective for the vapour phase liquids, if not necessarily at Franklin Bluffs, altho there's nothing to suggest that this well isn't going to work unless it's GOR or pore throat/permeability blockage issues.
Given the extreme volatility we have seen with these recent play developments that would
normally b questionable if the investors took the time to understand their investment, by default this recent sell down is waaay over done and more than likely the reason we have had a strong support action at around 3c.
The recent market support certainly couldn't be called a bounce as yet unless one would consider it a volume support bounce. But it would be surprising if it didn't make a large move back up if the soak/pressure build phase does in fact work, and this is no doubt what the traders are perhaps preparing for.
The interesting thing is that Accas broker data did in fact show some initial dumping by some boutique brokers and then the retail masses followed no doubt with many stop losses being triggered.
But then how does one explain the global tracking of each sp. There is no doubt some arbitrage going on but the massive volume difference between the markets can't justify such a tight tracking between markets. I invariably come back to global high risk funds playing both markets.
One can only hope some slightly more stable investors come to the party that have more of an idea of what's going on here.
Interesting then that we havnt tapped the US or Canadian markets as yet apart from the US private placements made a while back.
Oh well Guys, I'll let u get back to Ur, ah hem,
