    I made calls to commsec a few days ago to enquire about how i could put in an order at .0015 as many trades were going through at that price. cxxt. they said i couldnt put a buy/sell order in at those prices as below 10cents its goes .001 .002 .003 .004 etc. I put a but order in for .002 & got the centrepoint price at .0015 . so between .001 - .002 . when & why it happens i don't know.
