Priority shares are garranteed. You'll get whatever you were entitled to and paid for.
Shortfall shares sound like they have been scaled back. People with small holdings will be preferenced, so the scale back is not equal across the board.
Not sure when your money will be returned exactly but as the holding statements are dispatched on Oct4 and trading doesn't commence until Oct 15, I'd say you'll have refunded money in your account in plenty of time.
