That is not correct it is not 3.5 times. They own 51% hence you need to double the MC to get the project value, that is around 2.2Billion. 24% owned by Chinese and rest owned by the individuals currently in power in Congo. Problem with the impurities in lithium always highlighted due to Chinese converters with low calciner capacity. Once new high tech converters built IMO you may see a very clear deference between the high quality products new converters make compare to out dated Chinese converters. All In My Opinion.
