Do you understand strip ratio???
Veiny deposits like yours have more overburden because they are veiny and not homogenous like AVZ's deposit which has the lowest strip ratio of all lithium deposits. It means a greater amount of ore feed to produce lithium product.
You also have no DFS nor funding, 8/1 strip ratio in your open cut mine which is full of veins and so non homogenous, a lot of dirt at 1.1% @ grade, and so a lot of cost with the amount or ore feed per lithium product produced.
For your underground mine where you have your main orebody you have to dig 350m to get to the good grade with no offtake and a high capex and opex.
As I said not all lithium deposits are equal or economic and your management can do nothing about that!
