LTR has tenure which is protected by law. AVZ says project confiscation is a major risk. That's why LTR is a great investment and AVZ is majorly risky. A lot of people will not touch Africa because of resource nationalism. A lot of peoe invest in WA because its very unlikely the government will confiscate a project.
