Ah this little chestnut.
The time line has a series of headings. One is "Feasibility". The end of Feasibility is the lowest value, and through Development the price increases as risk decreases. But we are currently at the lowest point.
LTR just completed Feasbility and is now in Development. As our AVZ hanger-on happily agrees, its only up from here. Compare the Feasibility to Development dip with the dip at the end of our current chart. The only way is up, follow the green arrow.
