CXO raised their entire capex at something like 32 and 34 cents a share from memory and only a few months later they are running at close to double that now.
Obviously a great many differences exist between CXO and LTR as companies and also their resources but CXO is basically a $1b company with a resource approximately 1/10 the size to put a very basic spin on it.
Not to suggest we will follow the same trajectory but it appears the market likes having absolute certainty regarding project financing.
